Diljit Dosanjh (born on 6 January 1984) is an Indian singer, actor and television presenter who works in Punjabi and Hindi cinema. He is honored as one of the leading artists in the Indian music industry. He also acts in Punjabi movies, with many of them being commercially successful, including Jatt & Juliet, Jatt & Juliet 2, Punjab 1984, Sardaar Ji, Ambarsariya, Sardaar Ji 2, Sajjan Singh Rangroot, Super Singh, and Shadaa – which are among the most successful Punjabi movies in history.

He made his Bollywood debut in 2016 with the crime thriller Udta Punjab for which he earned the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. However, this was followed by films that failed to propel his career forward in the Bollywood film industry. This changed with his supporting minor role in the comedy Good Newzz (2019), for which he received nomination for Best Supporting Actor at Filmfare. He has also worked as a judge in three seasons of the reality show Rising Star.

Affairs: Like many other celebrities, he never involved in affair controversies. He dated Sandeep Kaur and married her.
Falling Down: During the singing performance with Yo Yo Honey Singh, Diljit fall on stage. Which was shot and anonymously posted on YouTube. Which gone viral, later Diljit showed his anger on fans who posted the video of the error.
"15 Saal"  song Controversy: Diljit with Honey Singh release song "15 Saal". In the song, he tried to show some teenage girls get young soon and involve in drinks, drugs, and boys. People showed hate for showing girls in poor light. Some people did protest in front of Diljit home by requesting for "Apologies".
Ambarsariya movie: Diljit "Ambarsariya" was banned in Pakistan as it made ‘strong references’ to the intelligence agency RAW. Also Kenyan Sikh community was angry over a dialogue of a film that questioned the sanctity of a particular kind of turban.
Diljit marriage trouble: There was so much news that Diljit and his wife's relationship not going well. Also, there are chances that they get separated. Diljit never talked about this.
