Tusshar Kapoor is a Hindi movies actor, producer and son of veteran actor Jeetendra and the younger brother of Ekta Kapoor. He was also the co-owner of Balaji Telefilms and Balaji Motion Pictures from 2001-2019. His notable work include Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai (2001), Khakee (2004), Kyaa Kool Hai Hum (2005), Dhol (2007), One Two Three (2008) and the Golmaal film series. Tusshar is the founder and director of the production house, Tusshar Entertainment House. The first movie he produced by his production house is Laxmmi Bomb. Tusshar Kapoor is the son of Shobha Kapoor and Bollywood actor Jeetendra. His sister Ekta Kapoor is a TV and film producer. He studied in the Bombay Scottish School where he was in the same class as Abhishek Bachchan but Tusshar Kapoor was a more brilliant and outstanding student among the others. He then completed graduation at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for his BBA degree at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Like his father Jeetendra, Kapoor is a follower of Nichiren Buddhism. Kapoor opted for IVF and became a single parent to his son Laksshya Kapoor through surrogacy in June 2016.

Comment on Preeti Zinta: During Karan Johar's rapid-fire question in the show. Karan asked which actress he considers "Synonym of Botox, then Tusshar took Preeti Zinta's name. Preeti Zinta was unhappy with his comment later Tusshar apologized.
Single father: He is the first person in Bollywood who is Single father(Surrogate Father). He having son Laksshya Kapoor. With this, he got supporters and haters.
Ekta Kapoor and Tusshar fight: Ekta revealed in Kapil Sharma's show she and her brother Tusshar had a big fight in childhood. When her family was on tour to Tirupati, Ekta and Tusshar had a big fight. Tusshar punched on Ekta nose then Ekta called cops. She said Tushar and she fights a lot like all siblings.
Gay controversy: With media rumors, Tusshar targeted as gay. He never admitted and nor proved by media. This gains big controversy, but like all media rumors, this also closed in some days.
Tweet on Delhi Riots: He tweeted on Delhi Riots, "International media spreading fake news about Delhi riots". Then in reply Jewellery Designer Farah Khan slammed him by saying "people dying in riots it's not fake news". Then Tusshar cleared misunderstanding that Internation media spreading half-truth half fake news, and he is against that.
