Pulkit Samrat (born on 29 December 1983) is an Indian television actor, film actor and model. He sarted his debut in Bollywood cinema with Bittoo Boss (2012). Pulkit Samrat was born and brought up in a Hindu Punjabi family in Punjab, where his family has its real estate business. He studied at Manav Sthali School, and completed his schooling from Montfort Senior Secondary School, Ashok Vihar, Delhi and joined an advertising course at Apeejay Institute of Design, Delhi. However, after studying for 5 months, he received a modelling assignment. Thereafter he left his studies and shifted to Mumbai, where he joined an acting course run by Kishore Namit Kapoor. He married Shweta Rohira in 2014. Pulkit shifted to Mumbai in 2005, and made his television debut in the role of Lakshya Virani in the long-running television show, by Balaji Telefilms, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi in two thousand sixteen, which got his first recognition, though he quit the show in 2007. In 2011, Samrat saw as the lead in choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant's musical theatrical Taj Express.

Pulkit Samrat did so much struggle to come as the lead actor. He started with Ad Shoots and TV Serials. Then he got a chance as a lead actor. But now his net worth is $10 million. Which is higher than some star kids. He started his career as a minor role actor, after so much hard work he got a chance in big films as a lead role.

Affairs: Like many other actors, he also involved in affair controversies. He dated Shweta Rohira (TV Journalist), Mouni Roy (Actress), Yami Gautam (Actress) and Kriti Kharbanda (Actress).
Case on Balaji Telefilms: Pulkit acted in Balaji Telefilms show "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi". Once he filled a case against Balaji Telefilms for not giving money, also not allowing to do other projrcts.
Pulkit and Shweta Rohira Divorce: Pulkit(Actor) meets Shweta Rohira(TV Journalist) during the interview, then they fall in love. Shweta Rohira is the closest person to Salman Khan. Salman considers Shweta as her sister. Pulkit and Shweta got married in 2014. Media said Pulkit married Shweta only for support of Salman to enter Bollywood. Later because of Pulkit's closeness with Yami Gautam, Pulkit and Shweta got separated in 2015.
Fight with the photographer: After Pulkit and Shweta came out of court after divorce. Photographer asked Pulkit about his affair with Yami Gautam. Then Pulkit was got angry and did physical fighting with a photographer.
Supporting Salman: Salman commented on "Raped Woman", which got big controversy. After this media targeted Salman. In that time Pulkit supported Salman on his comment.
