Karan Nath (born 24 May 1983, Mumbai, India) is an Indian Bollywood actor and model. He started his career as a child artist in Mr. India (1987). In Mr. India, he played an orphan role. He acted along with Anil Kapoor and Sridevi in Mr. India. Mr. India was a blockbuster in Bollywood, also given big attention to child artist Karan Nath. He acted as a lead actor with Paagalpan (2001) movie opposite Aarti Agarwal. But his debut movie, Paagalpan was a disaster in Bollywood box office. He also acted in movies like Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa as Karan (2002), Sssshhh... as Suraj Rai (2003), LOC Kargil as Major Rajesh Singh Adhikari (2003), Tum - A Dangerous Obsession (2004), Tera Kya Hoga Johnny (2009) and Guns of Banaras (2020). Despite having good looks and good acting skills still he not got more attention in Bollywood. Except the movie Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa (2002), all other movies are a flop in Bollywood. He is best known for his role as the romantic love hero in Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa in 2002. He was nominated in the Stardust Awards 2004 for great performance in Sssshhh...(2003).

Karan Nath's father Rakesh Nath is Punjabi and a film producer of Dil Tera Aashiq (1993) and many more. His mother Reema Rakesh Nath is Kashmiri and a film writer known for popular films like Saajan. His grandfather D. K. Sapru was a well-known actor and acted in more than 300 films like Pakeezah, Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam, Heer Raanjha to name a few.

Karan Nath's completed his graduation from Mithibai College. He is very good at tennis and used to play at the National level. In starting he did modeling for different brands then acting chance in Bollywood. He took the acting course in Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute and trained in dancing by Shiamak Davar a Bollywood famous choreographer. Karan Nath was also part of movies like Dil Tera Aashiq, which starred Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit. Also, he was part of the movie Mohabbat (1997 film), which starred Madhuri Dixit, Akshaye Khanna, and Sanjay Kapoor.

After 2009 Karan Nath made comeback in Bollywood with Guns of Banaras movie in 2020. This movie stared actors like Karan Nath, Nathalia Kaur, Abhimanyu Singh, Ganesh Venkatraman, Shilpa Shirodkar, Zarina Wahab, and Mohan Agashe. Guns of Banaras was a disaster in Bollywood box office, still got positive reviews from critics, fans.
