Naveen Polishetty (born on December 26, 1989, Hyderabad, Telangana, India), is an Indian film actor, writer, theatre artist, comedian, and screenplay writer. His mother's name is Manjula Polishetty is a retired bank Employer and his father's name is P Rajkumar who is a Pharmaceutical Businessman, Politician. He is having one brother and one sister. We don't know the name of his siblings. Naveen debuted to Bollywood with the Chhichhore movie in 2019. Chhichhore was a Super Hit in the box office and appreciated by critics. For his best acting in Chhichhore, he was very much appreciated. He acted with actors Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Tushar Pandey, Prateik Babbar, Saharsh Kumar Shukla, Saanand Verma and Mohammad Samad in the Chhichhore movie. Chhichhore was a teenage love drama movie that revolves around some friends, and their life. This movie inspires people to never give up or commit suicide. It also shows how a looser can turn into a winner. This was the last theater release movie by Sushant Singh Rajput. He belongs to the Hindu family and follows Hinduism as his religion. He has completed his graduation from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. He is a graduate in B.Tech civil engineering. Impressively he scored a GPA of 8.12 in his B.Tech civil engineering graduation. After pursuing graduation he worked in a software company. Later he realized his interest in acting then he quit his job and he started working as a theater actor.
From childhood Naveen had an interest in acting, he participated in different drama shows during his school-college days. He started his career as a theater actor then he joined popular YouTube channel AIB. In AIB he got big fam because of his fabulous acting. He worked in so many comedy videos in AIB. In AIB channel Naveen's acted Honest Engineering Campus Placements series was one of the most-watched and loved the video. His acting in Honest Engineering Campus Placements series was loved and appreciated by fans. AIB is mainly a comedy channel, which does scripts on parody, funny interviews, and comedy. AIB was also got a show in Amazon Prime. But later Amazon Prime stopped telecasting AIB show from there platform because of the MeToo moment which happens where AIB team members are blamed for sending vulgar messages to girls. AIB later shut down and they stopped uploading videos on their channel, they said they not getting enough earning to make videos. But now they uploading videos again.
Apart from the movie, Naveen also worked on TV shows, short films, and web series. He worked in web(YouTube) series like AIB Honest Series (2015), AIB: Honest Engineering Campus Placements (2017), and What's Your Status (2018). Also worked in VOOT shows Chinese Bhasad (2016), Untag (2017). He worked in TV shows like 24 (2016), Fais pas ci, fais pas ça (2017). Fais pas ci, fais pas ça is the french television series, in which Naveen worked for two episodes as the role of Rushik Sanghvi. In the 24 Tv series, he worked for Season 2 as Kush Sawant's role. In 24 he worked along with actors like Anil Kapoor and Tisca Chopra.
He acted in Telugu movies like Life is Beautiful (2012), D for Dopidi (2013), 1:Nenokkadine (2014), and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya (2019). He debuted to Tollywood with Life is Beautiful in 2012. His acting in movies like Life is Beautiful and D for Dopidi was very much appreciated. Naveen has the dream of becoming an actor from childhood. Life is Beautiful is a movie that revolves around three friends and their inspirational journey. In Life is Beautiful, Naveen worked along with actor Vijay Deverakonda. His another movie D for Dopidi is a heist comedy movie. In which four friends plan for the heist, and in the entire movie they struggle for completing the heist. In D for Dopidi, he worked along with Varun Sandesh and Sundeep Kishan. In 1:Nenokkadine he acted with actor Mahesh Babu as the role of taxi driver's son. 1:Nenokkadine is the suspense thriller movie where the hero struggles to solve his life mystery along with the heroine Kriti Sanon. In his latest movie Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, he acted as the detective. Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya is the suspense thriller which revolves around mysterious bodies found on railway tracks, which lead to dead body fingerprint smuggling. Naveen did amazing acting in Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya. Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya was a big hit in the box office and received many awards as appreciation. For his best acting in Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, he won the "Zee Cine Awards Telugu" for "Best find of the year" and nominated for "Best Screenplay". In 2020 his movie Jathi Ratnalu is coming, which release date is rescheduled due to corona pandemics. Jathi Ratnalu movie is a comedy-drama movie that stares stars like Naveen along with Priyadarshi and Rahul Ramakrishna.
Naveen Polishetty acted along with Sushant Singh Rajput, in Chhichhore movie. On 14 June 2020, Sushant committed suicide by hanging himself. Naveen shared an Instagram post to give condolences to Sushant. He also shared how good friends they both were!!
