Gulshan Devaiah (born on 28 May 1978, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India), is an Indian Film Actor and retired fashion designer. His father's name is Sri Devaiah he is a BEL(Bharat Electronics Limited) ltd officer, and his mother's name is Pushpalatha Devaiah. Gulshan is born in the Hindu family. He completed his school studies from St. Joseph's Indian High School, Bengaluru, and Cluny Convent High School, Jalahalli. He completed fashion designing graduation from BEL Pre-University College, Bengaluru, and the National Institute of Fashion Technology(NIFT), Gandhinagar. After completing his fashion designing course, he worked as a fashion designer. But later he tried to achieve his childhood dream and he becomes an actor. He made Bollywood debut with the 2010 movie That Girl in Yellow Boots. That Girl in Yellow Boots was a disaster in the box office but appreciated by critics. Gulshan Devaiah acting in That Girl in Yellow Boots was very much loved and appreciated. Gulshan was nominated for Filmfare Award - Best Debut Actor for working in That Girl in Yellow Boots. In That Girl in Yellow Boots, Gulshan Devaiah acted along with actors like Kalki Koechlin. In this movie, Gulshan played the role of Chittiappa. This movie gave Gulshan a big fam and fans. That Girl in Yellow Boots was a love, drama movie, which revolves around a foreign girl who is finding for her father in India. Gulshan is one of the actors who came to the lead actor position without having a Bollywood background. Gulshan is mainly known for his best acting. He also acted in different stage shows. From childhood, Gulshan was interested in Acting also he participated in different drama shows in childhood. Gulshan married his long time girlfriend Kallirroi Tziafeta in 2012. But unfortunately, in 2020 they got divorced. Kallirroi Tziafeta is a Film actress and model. Kallirroi Tziafeta worked in TV shows and movies.

Apart from movies Gulshan also worked in TV shows and web series. He worked in the 2018 web series Smoke as the character of JJ (Jairam Jha). Gulshan also worked in 2020 in the web series Afsos, as the character of Nakul. Afsos was the black comedy web series that revolves around a men who want to do suicide but not able to die due to different reasons. In Gulshan, Afsos worked with stars like Sulagna Panigrahi, Anjali Patil, Heeba Shah, Aakash Dahiya, and Ratnabali Bhattacharjee. Gulshan also worked in Netflix 2020 series Ghost Stories. In Ghost Stories, he worked as Girl's Father character. Ghost Stories is a combination of short horror stories. In this series, Gulshan worked with Sobhita Dhulipala, Mrunal Thakur, Avinash Tiwary, Janhvi Kapoor, Surekha Sikri, Raghuvir Yadav, Anish Bamne and Pavail Gulati.

Gulshan Devaiah worked in Bollywood movies like That Girl in Yellow Boots (2010), Dum Maaro Dum (2011), Shaitan (2011), Hate Story (2012), Peddlers (2012), Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela (2013), Hunterrr (2015), Junooniyat (2016), A Death In The Gunj (2017), Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (2018), Cabaret (2019), and Commando 3 (2019). Gulshan is mainly known for working in movies like Hunterrr, Shaitan, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota and Commando 3. In Commando 3 Gulshan came in the role of "Buraq Ansari" negative villain character. Commando 3 was Vidyut Jammwal's movie which revolves around saving mission of saving the nation. His work in comedy movie Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota was very much loved. In this movie, Gulshan worked as a dual role character of Karate Mani / Jimmy. For his acting in Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota Gulshan nominated for  Filmfare Award  -  Best Supporting Actor and won Screen Award - Best Supporting Actor. For his work in Dum Maaro Dum, he was nominated for Filmfare Award - Best Debut Actor. Gulshan also worked in adult comedy love drama movie Hunterrr. In Hunterrr he worked with stars like Radhika Apte, Sai Tamhankar and, Veera Saxena. Hunterrr movie revolves around a man who addicted to sex but later finds his true love.

Gulshan Devaiah is going to work next in 2020 movies CandyFlip and Love Affair. In CandyFlip he playing character of Altaf. In CandyFlip Gulshan working with actors like Prashant Prakash, Prakash Raj, Kalki Koechlin, and Valeriya Polyanychko. CandyFlip movie revolves around men who go on vacation on beach and takes LSD drugs for first time. In Love Affair he working with actors Ali Fazal, Kalki Koechlin, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Karishma Kotak, and Hansika Motwani. Love Affair movie is based on the 1959 Nanavati murder case.
