Syed Javed Ahmed Jaffrey mainly known as Javed Jaffrey (born on 4 December 1963 in Malliwala, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India) is an Indian film actor, dancer, politician, and comedian. He has appeared in many Hindi movies and Indian TV shows. He is the son of the Actor/comedian Jagdeep (Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jaffrey). He joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in March, "Two thousand fourteen" and contested the "Two thousand fourteen" Indian general election from the Lucknow constituency, finishing 5th. Jaffrey contested the "Two thousand fourteen" Lok Sabha Elections from Lucknow, India as a candidate of the Aam Aadmi Political Party (AAP) but lost to BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), Rajnath Singh. He had finished 5th in the constituency securing 41,429. He is mainly known for movies like Jajantaram Mamantaram (2003), War Chhod Na Yaar (2013), Dhamaal (2007). His mother's name is Begam Jaffrey. He has one brother Naved Jaffery and three sisters Suraiya Jaffrey (Half-sister), Shakira Shafi (Half-sister), and Muskaan Jaffrey. He married Pakistani actress Zeba Bakhtiar in 1989 but got divorced in 1990. Later in 1991, he married Habiba Jaffrey. He has two sons Mizaan Jaffrey, Abbas Jaffrey and one daughter Alaviaa Jaffrey. Javed completed his school studies at St. Theresa's High School, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and completed college studies at R. D. National College, Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is a BA Graduate. Javed is known for giving his voice as a narrator in shows Takeshi's Castle and Ninja Warrior. He is next going to work in Coolie No 1 (2020), Sin (2021), Sooryavanshi (2021), and Bhoot Police (2021).
