Nargis is born as Fatima Rashid on 01 June 1929 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Nargis is one of the well-known actresses in Bollywood. She worked in several successful Bollywood movies. She is active in Bollywood from 1935 to 1968. Nargis mainly worked in Hindi films. Nargis is mainly known for her work in Taqdeer (1943), Humayun (1945), Mela (1948), Barsaat (1949), Andaz (1949), Babul (1950), Jogan (1950), Awaara (1951), Deedar (1951), Anhonee (1952), Bewafa (1952), Aah (1953), Shree 420 (1955), Chori Chori (1956), Mother India (1957), Kala Bazar (1960), and Raat Aur Din (1967). Nargis's acting is always loved and she is the inspiration for newcomers. Her unique style of acting is loved by the audience. Nargis is one of the best actresses in India. Nargis acted in 60 plus movies. She married Indian film actor, producer, director, and politician Sunil Dutt. Nargis had three children Sanjay Dutt (Actor), Namrata Dutt, Priya Dutt (politician). Nargis is the daughter of Abdul Rashid alias Mohan Babu (Businessman) and Jaddanbai (classical music singer). Nargis made her debut movie debut as a child actor with Talash-E-Haq (1935). She made her debut as a lead actress with Taqdeer (1943). Raat Aur Din (1967) was her last acted movie.
